From an early age, I was captivated by the world of business, inspired by my father’s successful banking career. After graduating from the University of South Carolina, where I discovered the transformative power of nonprofits through an internship with the Special Olympics, I climbed the corporate ladder, overseeing large teams and managing significant operations.
My corporate journey peaked in New York City, where I led the state’s largest claims department during Hurricane Sandy. Amid the devastation, I experienced a profound realization that led me to leave the corporate world and pursue my true calling—serving others through the nonprofit sector.
In 2013, my wife, Michelle, and I moved to Omaha to open Christian Brothers Automotive, where we saw firsthand the struggles of single mothers lacking reliable transportation. This experience inspired us to sell our business and take a leap of faith by founding Chariots4Hope in 2014. Despite initial challenges, including being new to the area and lacking supporters, we followed our calling. Eleven years later, Chariots4Hope has expanded to multiple cities and impacted over 7,000 lives, providing hope and empowerment by removing transportation barriers for those in need.

MY WHY
At the center of everything I do is my faith—my foundation, my compass, and the source of my purpose. Flowing from that is my family—my greatest gift, my grounding force, and the reason I wake up each day with joy and responsibility.
My wife, Michelle, is my rock. We’ve built a life and ministry together, side by side. From the moment we started Chariots4Hope, she’s been the heart behind the mission—beautiful, faith-filled, and a master at connecting people with purpose. Her love for Jesus is contagious, and her support has carried me through every high and low. I wouldn’t be who I am without her.
Our daughter Riley brings life and light wherever she goes. She’s bold, fun, and full of fire—with a big personality and a deep love for Jesus. Watching her step into marriage with a Christ-centered man fills my heart with pride and gratitude.
And then there’s Gavin—our 17-year-old with a hilarious sense of humor and a love for fitness and basketball. He and Riley are incredibly close, and seeing the bond they share reminds me daily of what truly matters. Gavin’s heart for God, his humility, and his strength inspire me more than he knows.
This is my why. Before the stages, before the strategies, before the success—there’s this: My faith. My family. My legacy begins with faith and at home—everything else flows from there.
